Cancellations

  • Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.  Please note that if our cleaners arrive to your home and are unable to enter the property after waiting up to 15 minutes, you will be responsible for 50% of your cleaning cost.
  • Recurring bookings give you the benefit of a discount on your first and all cleanings going forward.  If you cancel after your first cleaning you are responsible for payment of the discount given to you at the time of booking.
